Metasite develops an intranet for the Insurance Supervisory Commission in Lithuania

VILNIUS, 28 September 2005 - Metasite Business Solutions completed the development of a secure intranet system for the Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Republic of Lithuania.

Launched earlier in September, the custom developed intranet system will facilitate faster and more efficient knowledge and information interchange between the various departments of the Comission, will boost employee productivity by providing a variety of easy to use tools for scheduling, internal messaging, information storage/retrieval and other work-related tasks.

During the course of the intranet implementation project, Metasite consultants assisted the representatives of the Insurance Supervisory Commission in identifying the functional requirements for the intranet system as well as reshaping the internal processes for information dissemination and sharing.
