If you enjoy using e-services online and you are quick to notice great solutions & annoying inconveniences, join our effort to provide Baltic banks with improvement recommendations in 9th annual Baltic E-Banking Report 2011 (BEBR). Every year Baltic banks evaluate their position in the e-market and launch strategic improvement programs based on this report.

You must be flexible, focused, insightful. You must demonstrate sound analytical judgement and rationally defend your own opinion.

What we expect

• General understanding of retail (small private customer) banking products
• Good IT knowledge and well developed MS Office skills
• Ability to clearly present thoughts and produce well structured documents
• Project management / Team work practical experience
• Ability to perform perfectly under pressure & strict deadlines
• Effective spoken / written Business English + one of the Baltic languages
